Are your photographs on your phone?

Left and right as you face the front. For the bird’s-eye view, a screenshot of the satellite view on a map is fine. Press + for anything else that matters — the porch, a window, the garden — up to ten photographs in all. If you have none to hand, the address is enough: we will look up the map views ourselves. We keep them only while your request is open, and never more than 60 days without a reply.

For a realistic model of a whole house, with its rooms inside, Heirloom is often what it takes.

What happens next

    Our Customer Care team, real people and not a robot.

    We design it

    Pictures of the model from every side, the piece count and a fixed price, usually within two working days.

    You decide

    Change what you like. Nothing is owed until you say yes; then you pay by check.

    We make it

    Sorted bags and instructions, or built and boxed by us, usually three to five weeks after you say yes.

First come, first served. We take on only as many as we can do well, so a date is promised only once we have confirmed it to you in writing.

Your protections

  • Nothing to pay until you say yes, and no deposit.
  • Your price holds for 30 days.
  • You pay by check once you approve; we order the bricks when it clears.
  • Missing or broken pieces replaced free, within 30 days of delivery.
  • A lost or damaged parcel put right, if you tell us within 14 days.
